Payment Details
We accept PayPal, all major credit cards, AfterPay, Venmo (through PayPal), Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers. For large orders or orders not shipped to the billing address, we may need to contact you to arrange a bank transfer payment.
If your billing and shipping address do not match, please use PayPal at checkout. You do not need a PayPal account to complete checkout in this manner, but to prevent any delays or issues with your order, PayPal with a debit/credit card is the best option.
Sales Tax
Quantum collects sales tax according to state and local rates on orders for the following states: AK, AZ, AR, CA, CT, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NJ, NC, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY . Wholesale buyers may contact us to submit a resale card for sales tax exemption.
Shipping & Deliveries
Same Day Shipping: Orders placed by 2:00 PM PST Mon-Fri ship the same day.
Wholesale Distributors & Dealers: Standard processing time for wholesale orders is 7-14 business days. For urgent inquiries or special requests, please contact our sales team.
USA: We offer free outbound shipping for all fuel pump orders over $70 for retail customers. Smaller items ship via USPS Ground Advantage and could take 4-6 days for delivery. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. FedEx and UPS delivery estimates are calculated by the number of business days the order will be in transit. Saturday delivery is an extra charge and not offered to all addresses.
International Shipping: We ship to all countries via FedEx, and UPS. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes imposed by customs in the destination country. To ship via DHL or use another carrier, please email here or call 1-818-574-FUEL (3835).

Returns and Refunds Policy
At Quantum Fuel Systems, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth return process. You have a 30-day window to initiate a return from the date of purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Warranty
Quantum Warranty: All Quantum brand products are backed by a lifetime warranty. Quantum products that fail will be replaced under warranty if determined to be due to a defect in workmanship or material. This warranty is non-transferable and improper use or installation voids it. Contact customer service to troubleshoot and diagnose issues. Customers may be responsible for the shipping cost of warranty replacements.
Walbro/TI Automotive Warranty: Limited warranty on all Walbro/TI Automotive products. Quantum Fuel Systems will offer one warranty replacement within sixty (60) days of purchase if due to a defect. Beyond 60 days,Quantum may offer a replacement with an interchangeable Quantum manufactured pump if available for a discounted price
Third-Party Product Warranties: Contact the manufacturer directly for warranty requests. Contact customer service for manufacturer contact information.
Liability
We do our best to keep our website comprehensive and accurate, however, part numbers and other information change often. Verify fitment information before purchasing. Contact us with your OEM part number or vehicle details to confirm fitment. Quantum is not responsible for repair costs, towing costs, or storage costs related to a failed part.
