Returns
At Quantum Fuel Systems, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure a smooth return process. You have a 30-day window to initiate a return from the date of purchase, but please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please be aware that our payment processor locks transactions after 180 days, after this period we cannot issue a refund and may only issue store credit in special circumstances.
Exchanges
While we do offer the option to exchange products within 30 days of purchase, be aware that extra charges may apply depending on the specifics of the exchange.
Starting a Return Or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please use our Contact Us page, and include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.

We aim to process returned merchandise within 2 business days after they have arrived at our facility. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed, which may vary based on your payment method and financial institution. Exchanges will be shipped once the original item is received at our facility and inspected.
Refunds
At Quantum Fuel Systems, we understand the importance of timely refunds and strive to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after initiating the return process, we recommend contacting your financial institution promptly. In the event that you have closed the card or account used for the original transaction, it's essential to reach out to your bank to determine where the funds will be rerouted.
Please note that Quantum Fuel Systems does not issue checks for refunds. However, in cases where all efforts to resolve the issue with your bank have been exhausted, we may consider issuing the refund via PayPal as an alternative method.
If your bank has rejected a refund that Quantum Fuel Systems processed, we are unable to reattempt the refund until the block from your bank has been cleared. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in such circumstances as we work to resolve any issues efficiently.
