Shipping Policy
Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed by 2:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday, will be shipped on the same day.
Exclusions: Certain products may have specific build lead times or availability constraints that could affect shipping times.
Third-Party Products: Quantum Fuel Systems utilizes drop shipping for some third-party brands. Typically, orders for third-party products placed by 12:00 PM PST will be shipped on the same day by the third-party company.
Any order over $300 will require adult signature.
Please note that these policies apply to business days only, and any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Deliveries
Free Shipping: We offer free outbound shipping within the United States for all fuel pump orders over $70 for retail customers.
Standard Shipping: Smaller items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and typically take 4-6 days for delivery.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. FedEx and UPS delivery estimates are based on the number of business days the order will be in transit. For example, an order placed on Thursday before 2:00 PM PST and shipped via FedEx 2Day or UPS 2nd Day Air will arrive the following Monday unless Saturday delivery is selected.
Saturday Delivery: Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge and may not be offered to all addresses. USPS delivers on Saturdays nationwide at no extra cost.
International Deliveries
We offer international shipping through FedEx and UPS.
Duties and Taxes: Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes imposed by the destination country's customs department. To estimate these charges, please visit your country's customs department website.
Shipping Rates and Transit Times: Shipping rates and transit times are calculated at checkout.

In-Store Pickup
Our location is in Ventura, California. Local residents can call us at 1-818-574-FUEL (3835) to place an order for in-store pickup.
Same Day Pickup: Orders placed by 2:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday, will be ready for pickup the same day.
Operating Hours: We are open for pickups from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
Pickup Deadline: If you do not pick up your order within 5 days, we will contact you to arrange shipping or to cancel and refund your order.
