Fuel rail spacer + bolt kits are needed for those upgrading LS truck intake manifolds to taller fuel injectors. You insert the spacers between the manifold and fuel rails, and then bolt them down securely to the OE fuel rail holddown threads with the included longer bolts. These kits provide the extra space needed for longer injectors including Siemens Deka fuel injectors.
