The Continental CON-SE1004S Flex Fuel Sensor is a genuine OEM replacement designed to accurately measure ethanol content in the fuel of GM vehicles, including many Buick, Chevrolet, Cadillac, and GMC models. Installed inline between the fuel tank and engine, the sensor provides real-time ethanol content and fuel temperature data to the ECU. This allows for automatic adjustments to ignition timing and fuel delivery, improving cold start performance, emissions control, and overall engine efficiency.
