All the items inside the variety pack can be purchased in bulk for custom builds or common repairs. Fuel pump outlet grommets (also referred to as outlet seals or outlet o-rings), are crucial in building and maintaining fuel system pressure. Many powersports fuel pump assemblies use outlet seals in between the fuel pump motor and the plastic assembly in order to seal the transition from the fuel pump to the primary fuel line. If the outlet seal has deteriorated, fuel pressure will bleed back into the tank, which can cause a hard starting condition, or reduced engine performance. Rubber grommets are also commonly used as a dampener at the base of the fuel pump motor where it comes into contact with the bottom of the assembly canister or fuel tank.

Serviceable & Wear Items: Please note that fuel filters, strainers, and rubber components (seals/grommets) are considered maintenance items. While these are protected against manufacturing defects, the lifetime warranty does not cover replacement for items that have reached the end of their functional service life due to normal debris accumulation or natural material aging (such as cracking or swelling from long-term fuel exposure).
