QFS Returns Policy

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns and refunds up to 30 days after the purchase date. Phenix, S&B Filters and S&B Tanks returns have a percentage-based restocking fee.

For exchanges, please start a return for your original item and purchase the correct item separately. 

To start a return, please visit log in to your account on our website. Under the orders tab, you will see an option to return items on the right hand side of the screen. Click to proceed and follow the instructions on screen. If you do not have an account, you may contact us at support@highflowfuel.com with your order number to start your return.

Because of misuse or abuse of our policies, we reserve the right to refuse a return request for any reason. If your return is approved, we will email you with return instructions. Returns are generally processed within 2 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for refund credits to be processed. Unfortunately, Quantum is not responsible for repair costs, towing costs, or storage costs related to a failed part.
