Our crew at High Flow Performance is passionate about engine building, parts, performance, cars of every make and model, and burning tire. We carry a continuously growing list of high performance as well as OEM replacement parts for an extremely long list of vehicles. More than likely at one point we’ve done the install in our Goleta, California facility. Our specialty is custom single and dual pump 255LPH intank setups for just about any car on the road. LS1, LT1, and TPI F-Bodies, C4, C5 and C6 Corvettes, 86-04 and S197 Mustangs, Audi A4 Turbo’s and BMW M3’s are among some of the vehicles that use our custom dual pump assemblies. We are warehouse distributors for Walbro Fuel Pumps, AFR Cylinder Heads, Ford Racing Performance Parts, Maximum Motorsports Suspension, Probe Industries, RC Engineering Fuel Injectors, and our own line of OEM and 255LPH fuel pumps. We firmly believe that customer service is equally if not more important than pricing. We are available 9AM-PM Pacific Standard Time by calling 1-818-574-FUEL or 24/7 by email at sales@highflowfuel.com. Our return policy is 45 days from the date of purchase. Simply return the part unused in its original packaging and we will refund your purchase minus a 15% restocking fee. If the part returned is being exchanged for another part, the restocking fee will be waived. In cases where the error in processing is ours, there will be no restocking fee. We are not able to accept refunds on custom products.
We ship every part we carry to every country in the world. Domestic shipments are shipped using USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. We also use UPS and DHL upon request. International orders are shipped using USPS Priority International Mail or USPS Express International Mail unless other arrangements are made. Most domestic orders are shipped the same day, and arrive in 2-3 days. As part of our shipping policy, we require customers to sign on delivery for all purchases totaling over $500.00. 8.25% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped inside California.
High Flow Performance believes in standing behind our products after the sale. We offer a one year warranty on all HFP fuel pumps and fuel pump accessories. If there is an issue at any time during the one year warranty period, we will provide you a replacement at no additional charge and cover all shipping expenses. Prior to returning any part to us, customers should contact High Flow Performance via email at sales@highflowfuel.com or call us at 1-818-574-FUEL (3835) to obtain an RMA number from a customer service representative.
